Intended Use:
Unistrip1 Generic Blood Glucose Test Strips are used for measuring glucose (sugar) in whole capillary blood. The strips are meant for self-testing of blood glucose in home settings, and as an aid to monitor the effectiveness of diabetes control.

- Do not use if box is broken or seal is broken
- Read package insert before using this product
- Discard 90 days after opening
- Do not freeze
- For single use only
- Store in a dry place 39ºF-104ºF (4ºC-40ºC) between 10% and 90% RH
- Active enzyme is Glucose Oxidase, derived from Aspergillus niger
- Close vial lid before testing
