- For single use only.
- Read the package insert thoroughly before using this product.
- Close the vial lid immediately before testing.
- Discard 90 days after opening.
- Do not use if the box or seal is broken.
- Active enzyme is Glucose Oxidase, derived from Aspergillus niger.
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a dry place between 39ºF and 104ºF (4ºC - 40ºC).
- Keep relative humidity (RH) between 10% and 90%.
