Storage & Handling
- Store in a cool, dry place between 41°F and 86°F.
- Do not freeze.
- Keep the vial cap tightly closed immediately after use to avoid contamination and damage.
- Do not open the vial until you are ready to test. Use the strip immediately after removing it.
- Do not use if there is condensation on the meter; wait for it to dry.
- Do not reuse test strips or return used strips to the vial.
- Do not bend, cut, or modify the test strip.
- Discard strips after the expiration date or the discard date written on the vial (whichever comes first).
Chemical Composition
Each test strip contains: Flavin adenine dinucleotide dependent glucose dehydrogenase or FAD-GDH (from Aspergillus sp.) - 2 U; potassium ferricyanide 41μg; and other ingredients (buffer, drying agents, etc.).
