Ingredients
- Active: Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 20 mg – Cough Suppressant, Guaifenesin, USP 200 mg – Expectorant
- Inactive: Anhydrous Citric Acid, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate, Sorbitol Solution, Sucralose, Xanthan Gum
Uses
- Temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation as may occur with a cold
- Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to drain bronchial tubes
How to Use
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 20 mL every 4 hours, not to exceed 120 mL in 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.
Warnings
- Do not use if you are taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store at room temperature.
