Directions

  • For feeling less hungry between meals: Two rounded teaspoons in 8 oz of liquid before each meal, up to 3 times daily
  • For maintaining blood sugar levels: One rounded teaspoon in 8 oz of liquid before each meal, 3 times daily
  • For lowering cholesterol: One rounded teaspoon in 8 oz of liquid, 3 times daily
  • For digestive health and regularity: One rounded teaspoon in 8 oz of liquid, up to 3 times daily
  • New users: Start with 1 serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. Temporary bloating or changes in bowel habits may occur.
  • Mix powder into an empty glass, add at least 8 oz of water or other cool liquid, stir briskly, and drink promptly.
  • Take at least 2 hours before or after other medicines.

Warnings

  • Choking hazard: Always mix with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of liquid. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
  • Ask a doctor before use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if constipation lasts more than 7 days or if rectal bleeding occurs.
  • Allergy alert: May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
  • Bulk-forming fibers like psyllium may affect how well certain medicines work.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Lead, known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm (www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food).
