Directions
- Adults and children 18+: Apply to affected areas 3–4 times daily
- Rub in thoroughly until fully absorbed
- Wash hands unless treating hands directly
- Children under 18: Ask a doctor before use
Warnings

- Test on a small area before first use
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin
- Do not use if allergic to chili peppers or capsaicin
- Mild burning is common and usually decreases with regular use
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes
- Do not apply with heat or wrap tightly
