The time it takes to receive your package is determined by 2 things:

1.  The time required to pick, pack, and ship your order.

2.  Once shipped, the time required in transit to reach you.

We have complete control over #1.  However, #2 relies on the US Postal Service, so we make an estimated guess.  

According to Amazon, we guessed correctly 99.82% of the time for orders placed in the past 30 days.

We compress delivery time by obsessively focusing on #1 (pick, pack, and ship).  

Our location & time zone reduces #2 (transit time to reach you).

We ship most orders from Las Vegas, Nevada, which is the easternmost major city in the Pacific Time Zone.  

Our time zone gives us a few important advantages:

✔️ West coast customers (PST) enjoy extended hours. No early east coast shipping cutoff times.

Most orders placed before 5pm PST Monday - Friday will ship the same night.

✔️ East coast customers (EST) can order late.  Trim up to a full day from transit time.

Most orders placed before 8pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same night.

✔️ Customers in the middle (MST or CST) can order later.  Trim up to a full day from transit time.

Most orders placed before 6pm MST or 7pm CST Monday - Friday will ship the same night.

Although we make extraordinary efforts to ship same day, please allow 24-48 hours to pick and pack your order during busy times, weekends, and holidays.
