Most of our package's ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). This allows us to offer you free shipping & keep prices low.
While USPS provides a tracking number, they often do not scan your package at each step.
Each package follows the pattern below:
1. Your package is in Las Vegas, Nevada
Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item -> USPS in possession of item (Las Vegas, NV) -> Departed Post Office (Las Vegas, NV) -> Arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility (Las Vegas, NV) -> Departed USPS Regional Facility (Las Vegas, NV)
2. Your package has left Las Vegas, Nevada and is in transit
In Transit to Destination -> Arrived at USPS Regional Facility -> Departed USPS Regional Facility -> Arrived at USPS Facility
3. Your package is close to its destination and will be delivered soon
Arrived at Post Office (near the destination) -> Out for Delivery (near the destination) -> Delivered, In/At Mailbox (at destination)
Explanation of USPS Status:
1. Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
We have picked and packed your order. We have printed a USPS shipping label. Your package is ready to go and looks like this:
2. At the end of the day (usually around 5pm PST), our packages go to USPS in Las Vegas, NV.
Normally, you will see this:
3. However, USPS doesn't always scan the received item, so you may see this:
Notice, the "USPS in possession of item" step was skipped and the package was scanned in Missouri two days later.
Unfortunately, we do not have control of USPS scanning their packages. However, as a general rule, when you see "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item", you can be assured the item was handed to USPS at the end of the day (usually around 5pm PST).
If you see this status after 5pm PST, it is likely the package will be shipped the following day by 5pm PST.
We continuously monitor tracking numbers to make sure items are not delayed. If we see any potential issues, we will usually notify you via email.
