Printify Print on Demand Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on all Printify items.

Processing Times

  • Generally, most orders are shipped within 2-8 business days after the order is submitted.
  • Printify manufactures and distributes the merchandise.
  • Please note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order, and unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited. Production times for orders depend on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is 2-8 business days after production.

Shipping Address Change

  • If you need to change your shipping address, it must be done on the same day or before the product enters production. Please note that once an order is prepared for shipping, we cannot guarantee an address change. If the order has already shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellation

  • We can cancel an order only if it is done before the product goes into production. 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United States and its territories. 
  • No PO Boxes
  • No expedited shipping

Return Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.
  • Please ensure you have ordered the correct size and product, as you will be responsible for purchasing your own shipping label to return the product to us.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and no exchanges are allowed.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

  • If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, please reach out to us at [email protected] with a clear photo showing the issue using the “Submit issue” form. If multiple products with the same design are affected, please provide an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of product delivery at [email protected], providing a clear photo showing the issue.
  • For missing packages, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue with Printify. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer store credit as compensation.

Exchanges

  • Printify does not offer exchanges. Xeteor will credit your account upon approval from McKesson once your returned items are inspected.
