Shipment Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- If McKesson is experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days

- Please allow extra shipping time around/during US Holidays
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change your shipping address, please call 833-787-4777 or email [email protected] with your new shipping address. Once your order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

- No expedited shipping
- Does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military APO/FPO
Damaged, Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your order is lost or missing during transit, please contact xeteor at [email protected] or call 833-787-4777. We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf.
If the shipping carrier confirms your package is lost, xeteor.com will replace your item or provide a store credit.
Return Policy
Return shipping is free. Upon receipt of your shipment, please count the items received and document any damages or shortages on the receipt. Review your order's contents and report any discrepancies within ten (10) days of receipt to xeteor.com. Please keep the original packaging, as it may be needed to process your return.
Upon approval of your return, please follow these instructions:
- xeteor.com will provide you with an RA# (Return Number)
- Repackage your order in the original box and seal it
- Write the RA# (Return Number) on a piece of paper and tape it on the box
- DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX
- UPS will pick up your return in 1 - 5 business days
- Please allow 2 - 5 business days for inspection
- Upon confirmation from McKesson, xeteor.com will issue a store credit in your account
Refunds
There are no refunds for McKesson items. However if you are eligible for a return, we will issue a store credit upon confirmation from McKesson.
Late or Missing Refunds
If the store credit has not been posted, contact xeteor.com [email protected] or 833-787-4777. There is often a processing time before a store credit is posted, so it may take some time before your store credit is officially posted.
Exchanges
McKesson does not offer exchanges. xeteor will credit your account upon approval from McKesson once your returned items are inspected.
