Dosage
- Adults and children 12+: Take 1 softgel daily with water or as directed by your doctor
- Children under 12: Consult a physician

Warnings & Precautions
- Do not use if you are currently taking mineral oil unless directed by a doctor
- Ask a doctor before use if you have stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or sudden changes in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks
- Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement
- Do not use for more than 1 week unless directed
- Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact Poison Control
Possible Side Effects
- Stomach pain or cramping (mild and uncommon)
- Diarrhea (especially with high doses)
- Electrolyte imbalance (rare with long-term use)
- Allergic rash (discontinue if observed)
- Throat or esophageal irritation if not taken with water
- Possible interaction with warfarin, mineral oil, or thyroid medications
- Risk of dehydration—stay hydrated during use
