Uses
- Temporarily reduces fever
- Relieves minor aches and pains due to the common cold, flu, headache, sore throat, and toothache
Directions
- Use weight to dose if possible; otherwise, use age.
- Repeat dose every 4 hours as needed.
- Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours.

Dosing Guide (every 4 hours as needed; max 5 doses/24 hrs)
- 24–35 lbs (2 to under 4 yrs): 5 mL (1 tsp)
- 36–47 lbs (4 to under 6 yrs): 7.5 mL (1½ tsp)
- 48–59 lbs (6 to under 9 yrs): 10 mL (2 tsp)
- 60–71 lbs (9 to under 11 yrs): 12.5 mL (2½ tsp)
- 72–95 lbs (11 to under 12 yrs): 15 mL (3 tsp)
Warnings
- Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if your child takes more than 5 doses in 24 hours or with other drugs containing acetaminophen.
- Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions (skin reddening, blisters, rash).
- Do not use with other medicines containing acetaminophen.
- Ask a doctor before use if your child has liver disease or is taking the blood thinner warfarin.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if pain or fever gets worse or lasts longer than directed, or if new symptoms appear.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
