Uses
- Relieves occasional constipation
- Helps restore and maintain regularity

Directions
- Mix 1 rounded tablespoon with at least 8 oz of water or juice
- Stir briskly and drink immediately; follow with another glass of water
- Adults: up to 3 times daily as needed
- Children 6–12: half dose; under 6: ask a doctor
