Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is that crackling sound I hear?
That is the sound of the product working! The Carbamide Peroxide releases oxygen when it contacts earwax, creating a micro-foaming action that physically breaks up the wax.
Should I flush my ears after using the drops?
After the final treatment on the fourth day, any remaining wax can be gently removed by flushing the ear with warm water using a soft rubber bulb ear syringe.
Can I use this if I have ear tubes?
No. If you have had ear surgery or have ear tubes (or any perforation of the eardrum), you must consult your doctor before using any earwax removal aid.
