Drug Facts

• Active Ingredients (in each 15 mL tablespoonful):
  • Aluminum Hydroxide 95 mg – Antacid

Uses

• Relieves acid indigestion, heartburn, and sour stomach.
• Treats upset stomach associated with these symptoms.

Directions

• Shake well before use.
• Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 or 2 tablespoonfuls four times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
• Timing: Take after meals and at bedtime.
• Dosing: Dispense product only by spoon or other measuring device.
• Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.

Warnings

• Ask a doctor before use if you have: Kidney disease, a magnesium-restricted diet, or a sodium-restricted diet.
• When using this product: Do not take more than 8 tablespoonfuls in 24 hours. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks. A laxative effect may occur.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding: Ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.
