Important Safety Information & Directions

• Directions:
  • Shake well before use. Dispense product only by spoon or pre-measured dosing device.
  • Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15 mL to 30 mL) four times a day, or as directed by a doctor. Take after meals and at bedtime.
  • Children Under 12 Years: Ask a doctor.
• Warnings:
  • Ask a doctor before use if you have: Kidney disease, a magnesium-restricted diet, or a sodium-restricted diet.
  • When Using This Product: Do not take more than 8 tablespoonfuls in 24 hours. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks. A mild laxative effect may occur.
  • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.
  • Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.
• Storage & Handling: Store at room temperature up to 25°C (77°F). Keep bottle tightly closed. Avoid freezing.

• Other Information: Each 15 mL tablespoonful contains 105 mg of elemental magnesium and 39 mg of sodium.
