Uses
- Temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation
- Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions
- Relieves nasal congestion and sinus pressure
Directions
- Adults & Children 12+: 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 4 hours
- Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours
- Children under 12: Do not use
- Always use dosing cup provided
Warnings
- Do not use if you are taking or have recently stopped an MAOI
- Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate, or chronic cough with excessive phlegm
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other nasal decongestant or stimulant
- Stop use and ask a doctor if you get nervous, dizzy, or sleepless, or if symptoms persist longer than 7 days, recur, or are accompanied by fever, rash, or headache
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional
- Keep out of reach of children – overdose can be dangerous, seek medical help immediately
