Drug Facts & Ingredients
- Active Ingredients: Piperonyl butoxide 4%, Pyrethrum extract (equivalent to 0.33% pyrethrins).
- Purpose: Lice treatment.
- Inactive Ingredients: Ammonium laureth sulfate, fragrance, PEG-25 hydrogenated castor oil, polyquaternium-10, purified water, SD-40 alcohol.
Directions for Use
1. Inspect: Check each household member in bright light with a magnifying glass. Look for tiny nits near the scalp, behind the ears, and at the back of the neck.
2. Treat:
- Apply thoroughly to DRY HAIR or the affected area. For head lice, apply behind ears and to the back of the neck first.
- Allow the product to remain for 10 minutes, but no longer.
- Use warm water to form a lather, shampoo, and then rinse thoroughly.
3. Remove: Use a fine-tooth or nit comb to remove remaining eggs while hair is damp. Section hair and comb from the scalp outward.
Important: A second treatment must be done in 7 to 10 days to kill any newly hatched lice.
