- To Rehydrate After Fluid Loss: Begin with small frequent sips. 1-2 liters per day of Foster & Thrive Electrolyte Solution may be needed while symptoms persist. Consult your doctor if vomiting, fever, or diarrhea continues beyond 24 hours or if consumption needs are greater than 2 liters per day.
- For General Rehydration: Sip as needed.
- Storage: Store unopened bottles in a cool place. Avoid excessive heat. After opening, replace cap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Do not reuse bottle.

Can I mix this with water or juice to change the flavor?
No. It is very important that you do not dilute this solution. Adding water or other liquids alters the precise ratio of electrolytes and sugars needed for optimal rehydration.
Why do I need to throw it away 48 hours after opening?
Because this product does not contain heavy preservatives, bacteria from your mouth or the environment can begin to grow in the liquid once it is opened. For safety, refrigerate after opening and discard any remaining liquid after 48 hours.
Is this only for when I'm sick?
Not at all! While it is highly effective for stomach bugs (vomiting and diarrhea), it is also fantastic for rehydrating after intense exercise, spending long hours in the heat, or traveling.
